You may NOT trade IWC watches that are less than 12 months
old within the Time Market website. Time Market’s
forum is STRICTLY for trading pre-owned IWC watches, accessories
and memorabilia.
You may not advertise or discuss other watch brands within Time Market. If you wish to discuss other brands, the forum software provides registered users with the ability to contact one another outside the forum.
You may discuss the details of the transaction within the Forum, including pricing and delivery. However, trading in the forum is done entirely at the user’s own risk. Time Market will NOT be held liable for any direct or indirect damages that may occur through any transaction that arises from any activity on this site. For your own security, please DO NOT AT ANY TIME publish your address, telephone number, credit card or financial information on the site.
Money transfer and delivery arrangements may not be discussed on Time Market. The forum software provides registered users with the ability to contact one another outside the forum to facilitate these arrangements.
It is your responsibility as a user to ensure that any watches you buy, sell or trade are genuine pre-owned IWC products. Time Market will NOT be held liable for the any losses occurring from the buying, selling or trading of items which are not authentic IWC products. Any member who attempts or completes the sale or trade of an inauthentic or non-genuine item will be immediately and permanently banned from the site. The site operators may, at their sole discretion, cooperate with civil or criminal authorities against those selling or attempting to sell inauthentic or non-genuine items.
Accessing the Site
We may restrict access to some or all parts of the site at any time to users who have registered with us for management and administration purposes. If you choose, or if you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any third party.
